Noah Jenkins Chairman

Noah Jenkins is a junior originally from Kissimmee, Florida studying Economics and History, with a business minor, at Vanderbilt University. He first got interested in conservative politics in high school when the COVID-19 lockdowns presented an opportunity for him to take a deep dive into conservatism through figures like Michael Knowles, Ben Shapiro, William F. Buckley Jr., and Thomas Sowell. Since then he has been a loud voice on his campus and beyond, being a regular participant in campus-wide debates, being featured on Fox News Digital, and hosting conservative author and podcaster Michael Knowles on his campus last fall. Noah looks forward to leading the rest of the board over the next year to take College Republicans all across the Volunteer State to new heights.

Elijah Boatwright Vice Chairman & CRA Cmte. Chair

Elijah Boatwright is from San Francisco, California and is a junior studying Political Science and Economics at the University of Tennessee. Elijah serves as UTK’s College Republicans President. As a freshman in the 2022 midterms, he had the pleasure of serving as the GOP’s East Tennessee Field Representative and has loved working on various campaigns since. He also serves on the national board of College Republicans of America and writes as an opinion columnist for UTK’s campus newspaper. In his free time, he enjoys practicing chess, piano, and playing basketball at the Rec. He will be heading to Washington, D.C. this summer to work for a conservative non-profit and intends to help strong conservatives get elected up and down the ballot this November!

Mya Conrad Secretary

Mya Conrad is a junior at Belmont University studying Finance. She currently serves as the secretary for Belmont College Republicans. Due to her father being in the Navy, Mya has spent her whole life moving from state to state. After her father retired from the Navy, her parents decided to settle down in Middle Tennessee. Mya has since fallen in love with Tennessee and plans on making Tennessee her forever home.
Mya is constantly volunteering for various local groups and organizations that serve conservative causes. She is currently interning for Senator Blackburn’s campaign. Mya just won a position as a Delegate At-Large for Donald J. Trump. She is very proud to be the youngest delegate at the RNC, representing Tennessee.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family on their small farm and going to the gun range.

Samuel Smith Treasurer

Samuel Smith is a sophomore at the University of Tennessee Knoxville studying Public Affairs and plans on pursuing a career in city planning. He has lived in Knoxville for about seven years, though he was born in Jackson, Tennessee. He serves as the president of the Young Americans for Liberty chapter at UTK where he fought the defensive weapons ban on campus by collecting over 1000 signatures and delivering them to the Dean of Students as well as the Governor of Tennessee. He has also worked on several campaigns for conservative Republicans in local races. Some of his interests are urban planning, theology, and history. He also enjoys historical and fantasy map-making.
